IRCTC / Rail Ticket — book e-ticket,deducting amount but not received ticket

[B]Today (3.08.2011 at 3:40 PM) I was booking a ticket from Chittorgarh to Jaipur (12966 UDZ GWL SUP EXP) via irctc.Co. In, payment was made through sbi online site(internet bank facility) and deducted from my sbi a/C but ticket has not confirmed(received). Yet I have not received any message from irctc. My SB A/c Transfer ID is [protected]G61120418.[/B], my user id of irctc web site is ANILJ1975, my email id is [protected]@hotmail.com, plz sought out my problem
