[Resolved]  ISRO — Cheated many(thousands) candidates for money

ISRO had called for the post of Scientist/Engineer in Mechanical,Computer science and Electronics branch on 08/02/2011. The mentioned criterion for applying for written test was 65% aggregate overall in all semesters The fee collected from each candidate was Rs 100.However they made all o[censored]s wait for a month or so and when the time came for the downloading of hall tickets for the written exam the website told that "Sorry you are not shortlisted for the written test". My aggregate was 66%. Like me thousands of candidates who had their aggregate between 65% and 70% were not allowed to write the test. How fair is this by so called ISRO? If 70% was the cutoff they should have mentioned this before we paid the fee. They played with our emotions and our hard work and anticipation for a month of preparation and did not even let us write the exam. They stole our money without any reason what so ever. Respected sir who ever decided not to allow the students between 65 and 70% even after clearly mentioning that 65% and above is sufficient should be questioned for cheating and drawing thousands, may be lakhs of rupees. This is clearly unacceptable.Thank you sir, with all due respect.
