Dear Sir :

This is with reference to above referenced Letter received from your good office, kindly note that we have submitted requested sufficient document through VICHARE ( Receipt # 442751 dtd. 07.07.2012) in support of our Previous Application for correction of wrong Name of my Grand Father Printed in my PAN CARD . And Particulars of which are as under for your ready reference :



Grand Father’s Name Printed by Error as : RAMANLAL DOSHI

Correct Name of Grand Father is : CHUNILAL DOSHI



I have submitted Govt. of India issued Passport No : H0236907 copy for your ready reference where correct Grand Father's Name is clearly mentioned as : CHUNILAL.

I do not want two seperate name of my Grand Father in two seperate document issued by Govt. Of India.

And hereby again this is my humble request to your good office to correct the Name of My Grand Father in the PAN CARD which might be a typographical Error made from your good office.

Please issue me a PAN CARD with correct Name of my Grand Father without any delay.
