I have order the followed products 3 months ago and paid the full amount by credit card. They give given follow details.
> R0807 REEBOK NEW SUN GLASSES
> A1532 ADIDAS TRAVEL BAG (BLACK AND RED)
> R0815 RBK WATCH WHITE DIAL BLACK STRAP(I16631)-ROUND DIAL
> Order No: 0GA[protected]
> Order Value: 1198
> Invoice No: ORA[protected]
> RTO consignment No: BGP-1557
> Transporter Id: BGP
Till today they continue to give some vague info and dodge to give the correct desptach details. I wonder how they can cheat so many thousands of people in India. what is the Delhi police and reputed magazines like OUTLOOK and WEEK doing?Is it because India Today has connections in the right places.
I think in matter of months India Today has lost the goodwill it earned over the decades and is now counted as another Satyam.

Today the customer care no[protected] has stopped taking calls and the automated teller service stops to direct the calls to the concerned service executives. It looks the company has gone bust and the emails sent to the customer service are also not answered. Instead of just keeping quiet why not file a complaint with the police. The sad part is India Today Management which controls the company is silent thereby a sending message that it is part of the cheating.
