[Resolved]  ITBC — Fraud Marketing - no response for my refunds

Following are my mail transcription with ITBC.

I want to know refund status. please provide me consignment no of remaining order so i can return that to you for refund.

I checked with dtdc and they told party (ITBC) refuse to take package. my all courier slip is attached and that is proof i sent that package to you.

is this is your process to not make my refund. This is height of fraud ethics.

my work is suffering with this mental exploitation that is cost me 10 times of this package cost.

in my record you got the 2 packet 1 packet you refused and 1 package not process by your side.

i want all refund done by today itself.

i am attaching my credit card statement of all 4 orders. when my refund done let me know. when i will get your refused packet i will sent that with my courier cost.

got a call from ITBC for offer of tour package i ordered 4 package i recieved 3 package full of book.

my order no are: one of that i not received yet.

after 3 years of relation with ITBC I am feeling cheated Now. ,My 12,792 Rs. is blocked.

when i call customer care executive they said you need to follow some instruction to get your package.i did the same but i get You have made incorrect entries. Kindly check and enter once again !!!.

I call again customer care again they suggested me you can return the packages by courier. you will get you money and courier charges.

I returned received 3 package by DTDC courier no, K38211869, K38211870, K38211871. at cost of 1180rs.

When I checked courier status i got status that Not delivered for reason: SHIFTED.

Let me know the next and quick method to get my money back
