ITTI Pvt. Ltd. — Bike booked from Pune railway station to Bangalore not received yet.

Hello,

My father has booked My TVS Victor bike (No. MH-14 AJ-8457) against Parcel receipt no. B614786 dt. 05.07.08 form Pune railway station to Bangalore. Till today the vehicle has not been sent. I tried to call Bangalore city railway station so many times but no body is picking up the phone.

on 10/07/2008 I personally went there. But I couldnt get the right information. I was told that you can go to Yeshwant pur railway station and enquire ther. Your vehicle is not here and we dont know where it had been sent?. This was horrible.

The way the people on the bangalore city railway station treate me was of no respect or courtesy. I got irresponsioble answer from them.

Is this the service people should expect from the Government.
