I am prepare a erail ticket via itz cash card, but due connections error ticket has not prepare, but my itz cash card has credited worth rupees 5000 rs. Witch amount is equal to ur ticket amout, and I am consult itz customer care and identity ur problems, but they should not provide a better solutions, and they say to me you get ur balance after three days, but today I am not find the ur amount please give me right solutions about my problem in my email id:

i cancelled my railway e ticket on 2 of which funds are not tranferred to my account the ticket has been cancelled
while the ticket cancelled on 4 is credited to my account then why not that 3 ticket
