Pls do not join any course in iws any where. Because they told confirm 100%, but they any work for, it's dog life, particular be ece student. Nothing is there, it complet field work. unlike other companies, here we need to pay them rs26k n den 15 to 30 days training.. they will send us to some place .. dey sent me to kerala..here i was just like a delivery boy.I had to take inverter from kochin to trivandrum and den to COIMBATORE..INTERESTING POINT IS DEY DIDNT GIVE ME NY PENNY AND SAID ME ITS UR DUTY, SO U HAVE TO PAY 4 IT.. SO PLS MY BROS N FRNS, THINK TWICE B4 U JOIN DIS ******* IWS

Mr. Mandal says that he will place you in Various states, and the basic pay will be Rs.6K/month and Rs.400/- daily incentives. But seeing your comment now iam just surprised and worried. So plz let me know!! .

pls dont join this company...they dont value the employees...ur post will be like a delivery boy...u have give them 26k for course fees and dont teach us anything...we have to sit simply for one month...after joining the company u will be like a slave...u have to find everything ...cab, technician...tools ...very hard to have peaceful life...no growth...no happiness...pls dont join this company...they are worse than theives...
they will tell that its hard for only one month..they tell this every month...u wont get anything..i[censored] claim for any allowances u have to fight for it...insted of joinin this company take some poison pills...during course time when we give them fees they have the biggest smiles on their faces...at that time they are very supporting ...after that oh my god!!!they wont even pick the phone...pls dont join this company...
you will have to work from morning six to mid night..after that they will tell us to travel 200km to another site... they dont have any mercy...and sometimes you have to buy food for the driver and technicians ...so there wont be any savings...you have to work like this for 4 or three years after that there is no guarantee for any promotion or anything...pls dont joing this ******* company

The No.1 fraud company in the World according to me ...I'm a 2009 passed out guy and they have used the recession time as the opportunity for their business to develop... I have paid 35k and joined this company and attended the training ...They wont pay anything in training... You have to look for accomodation and food ... During my training i performed well but still that Kshatradhiri Mandal sent me for survey engineer work (bcos in that company RF engineer was considered to be the best profile but later i felt both these profiles were useless) and he being a north indian he used to give importance to north inidan people ... Being in Coimbatore that fool wont encourage tamil people ...As a engineering guy i have to climb the mobile tower to see is there any obstacle while the signal is passing. After classroom training of 3 months and few days of field training i understood if i join this company my life is gone bcos there wont be any growth for that job so i quit this company also ...Few of my friends also joined this company and they too quitted so soon ... But some still working as they have paid 35k and they have to earn something due to family reasons ...The mobile companies all most covered nook and corner of villages and cities of India so there will be only maintenance of tower is necessary ... There are many new mobile operators who are sharing the tower with existing operators ... So absolutely there wont be any growth ... So dear friends dont be in a hurry and join this company bcos joining in this company is very easy ... So wait and get into some good company ... This is my advice for my friends ... pls pls dont join this company...
yes this is a NO.1 fraud company.. i am and my 10 more friends wasting money and future by joined this company... Totally waste.. 1st they told 100% job surety in training period... after training u want to go to ur home.. they told we will call u wait.. but didn't call to u.. i[censored] call to the fraud trainer mandal.. he told wait call will come.. after 3 month u will forget the course fully.. after that u cant do anything..
