Guys guys guys !!! I bet no one can give a better feedback about this company than me. I'll tell you how.
I passed my engineering in 2013. I gave cat and did my pgdm and now working at a managerial position in a reputed company. Well, that's none of anybody's concern. I am sitting in office and typing this. Currently i had nothing to do, was just browsing and gradually i saw iws and this page. It reminded me of my engineering.
It was our placement time and this was the 4th company that came to our college. Mr. Kshatradhaari mandal was the guy who came for the recruitment. He was in a suit. A guy of short height with a super-fraudulent brain i must say. During the presentation, i noticed that he was trying very hard to speak a good english, but trust me, he had a -all english. I consoled myself. I just sat for trying my luck, though i wasn't interested at all. The 1st round was gd. He gave a topic, which reflected the unprofessional-ism. It was love marriage or arrange marriage..Hahahha. Still, we discussed. Gd was my favorite everytime and i performed . But the worst part was almost, all of our group members got selected. Then, the interview happened. The way he was trying to act and show that he is some big professional, i literally felt i could only interview him. And then he said during the interview that we had to pay 25k. Ready or not? I said yes.
Like this 30 people got selected out of 37-38. I knew i had to go for mba and just for fun i sat. But i really feel ssorry for some of my best buddies who joined that company. I still remember when after mba, my 1st job paid me 55k a month, i randomly called up aakash and aman (My besties who joined). They were from et&t branch and aakah was always a topper and a super talented guy. I asked him howz life ..He said he came to hyderabad and was doing some course and was preparing for a psu exam. I asked what about iws. And then came the funny part. He started giving a bunch of slangs and started abusing iws especially the mandal. He said he joined their for 3 months and he was super screwed. He was no less than a labour. Why i felt sorry was his entire dedication and hard work of 4 yrs was in vain.
Now being a little mature, i'd seriously plea to all the graduates that not only iws, plz do check thoroughly about any company which demands an amount before joining. People like mandal are . Do not get into the trap !!!
