Jaaydaad is the best company in this world for people like Vikas who has no damn calibre to get a chance in any other concenrn.All the best working here!!!Waise ek baat bata tu kis godown ka sada hua maal hain.hahahaha!!!

Dear All,
I have seen all the complaints and read the comments too. Yes I do believe that the employees are suffering and they are not able to fulfill their day to day needs. Scenario has become more worse as earlier at least 20-25 people were there in the system and they were paid by 15th of every month. But Since December they have hired almost 40-45 employees more. Now seeing the positive aspect of it, yes the company do providing the employment opportunities in this crunch scenario but negative aspect is they are not informing the new joiners about the current financial status of the company and finally they are struggling with their financial system and at the end of the day they are blaming the company for this.
Being a true professional I strongly believe that if you are hiring a pool of young, talented and energetic professionals then please justify their needs. I feel that our CMD believes in Quantity but I firmly believe that Quality is always superior than Quantity. So keep those people who are required and essential for company. By this the company can justify the employment and employees will also feel motivated to work. Or else jai ho Jain BABA KI...
May god bless him and help him out with better ideas and suggestions...

Jaaydaad.com is a third class company, they haven't money to pay their employee and their MD have lots of cases file in COURT(153 cases of Cheque Bounce and more than others). A big Froud company, no services and a bad market reputation and no TAX payee organisation. Don't join this company and don't take its product and services

sandeep jain ne 1 bar fir kar dikhaya. sare employee ko nikal bhi diya aur 4 month ki salary bhi nahi di..aur paise mangne pe bolta hai ki jisko jo karna hai kar lo...sab ko dekh lunga mai...so avoide to joine this company...
sanddp jain 1 bahoot hi bada madherchod insan hai aur sala apni maa ko chod kar paida hua hai. 4 months se salary nahi di hai...jis date pe salary dene ke liye bulata hai us din ata hi nahi hai.

provide his complete parentage and residential address to put his name on defaulters list
ex employees of Sandeep jain can join together to fight against the company.
