[Resolved] Jabong.com — Order not delivered and no updates on the same | |||
I placed a Cash On Delivery order with Jabong.com a week ago for a pair of running shoes. I received a sms indicating that the product has been shipped via bluedart courier service and a tracking ID for the same . The tracking ID was wrong and I raised a complaint with Jabong customer care on the same . I would have called them at least 10 times regarding this. I was just given the assurance of a call back many times, but I never got a call. I really doubt whether the product was shipped. Because if it was , it should have reached me long back - The product was shipped from Gurgaon to Chennai. I did not want to go through this pain anymore. So I cancelled my order. Jabong is pathetic!
