[Resolved]  Jabong — Humiliation with their Return Process

I bought 2 Jeans from them and both of them were misfit with respect to the size.
I called them and requested for exchange with the same products with different sizes. They denied saying that Exchange is not available on these products and said that I can Return the products. So I accepted it and asked for a reverse pick up but they said it is not available for my location. I know some people who got reverse pick up but I still accepted that as well and sent those products by myself to the following address.

I did mention the Order numbers and Refund Request ID numbers respectively on both the parcels.

Product reached their location on Jan 1st/2nd and when DTDC tried to deliver the products, Jabong refused to accept them. I called DTDC and came to inquire that they said that Jabong dint accept the parcels and they asked to send an email by the courier service. I told DTDC people that I had already raised a ticket and mentioned those ID numbers on both the parcels. DTDC guy showed the same to Jabong's delivery location but still they did not accept them which I consider that the foolish thing that I never heard from any company who has return process.

I called Jabong and informed the same and they said there is no way that they will refuse a parcel. Then I conferenced the call with DTDC at their place and DTDC guy explained everything that had happened and Jabong agent spoke with her supervisor and directed DTDC to deliver the product to security gaurd at a certain location.

DTDC tried to deliver again and J refused again. I requested them to try again n J refused again and at this time, DTDC told that they cant try to deliver anymore and I had to literally plead them to hold the product while I spoke with Jabong. I called Jabong again and explained the situation and requested to give the contact of a person to whom DTDC can deliver or arrange a reverse pickup from DTDC which is a few Kms away from them and they said they will look into it and promised a call back by the end of the Day. They dint keep the promise and they called next day to say that "We will check what we can do".

DTDC shipped back the product to the Origin. I called Jabong and they said they will arrange a Reverse Pickup from my location Now.

Called J when products reached us and they said that Reverse pickup will be done in 2/3 days and confirmed the address as well but no response for 3 days. Called them on 21st and their Agent said that they see a documentation which conveys and that we called them and said that "We will ship the product by ourselves" Which is FALSE and doesn't make any sense. She then said that she raised another ticket now and Reverse pickup will be done in 48hours. Again No response. Called them today and now another agent said Reverse pickup was not even authorized and he will try to raise a ticket now.

This is called Humiliation. False words indicate Cheating. For every call, I had spent a minimum of 20Rs. Why in the world I had to conference the call with Courier service because of Jabong's mistake of refusing the parcels n plead them to hold them? My 2000+ money that i spent on the products and 350Rs+ on shipping, 200Rs+ on calls and much more than anything, I had been made a Fool by Jabong by false words.

I will wait for a week to get my money back as there is a Mistake on my end too which is buying from Jabong and after that I will make sure that they get what they deserve.

Really never purchase from fraud companies like jabong.

today i get my order no.[protected] a Park avenue T-Shirt, but it is too short in size and not according to the colour which i have choosen.
