i got a shoes from JABONG and unfortunately the size of the shoes didnt fit me,and I had returned the shoes.As per the Mail that was sent from JABONG,The refund was initiated on 13-AUG-2012. and till date the refund has not been reflected in my account.Inspite of repeated mail and phone conversation to JABONG,Their reply is constant as "We have Initiated ur Transaction and will reach your account soon".it has been more than 10 working days and there has been no feedback from nor any initiative taken towards the refund. They also cheated me on damaged sandal. Now they are not changing the product. Even suggesting me to repair your sandal any local coblar.
