hi, this is shanmugasundaram, In 2007 nearer to my office jain housing launched a new project that is Jains inseli park. I and my friend visited the site then we decided and booked 2bhk and 3bhk apartment in Jains inseli park. still now we didn't get our flats as per the schedule . Now we had a discussion with jain housing team, they explained about the delay reasons and our saving scheme.slightly we convinced and finally they announced the hand over date is July2013.
