I got incorrect bill from the JAIPUR VIDHUT VITRAN NIGAM LTD. My usual bill Two month comes below 1500 rs.
However, the bill for march And april 2012 showed amount as 6105/-rs.
When we approached the local office in Jhotwara, Jaipur, we were asked to "come later", "officer is not in the office" etc. After 4-5 visits we were told to go to the head office of Jaipur to resolve this issue (no other information was provided).
The same pattern followed in the head office too. In the meantime I kept on calling the related officer who DID not even bothered to talk more than 30 seconds and gave superficial answers. After visiting the head office 3 to 4 times, and talking to the concerned officer 8-10 times on telephone, today (26th may 2012)the officer asked us to go back to Jhotwara office to get some report about the previous usage.
When called, the officer, again gave superficial answers and used excuses like "who doesn't commit a mistake?" when asked, if its the mistake of the electricity board, why are the consumers suffering? the officer curbed the conversation.

I am fearing that the same circle is going to start. Please guide me what can be done about it. The obnoxious and arrogant behavior of the company executives and officials never stops and the consumers are being victimized as per their whims....and I need My correct usses Bill...Otherwise I will Go to Court...
