This email is in concerned to bill received for this month, this is to inform you that my name is ruchier nirvan, k. No[protected], account number[protected], the bill is on my wife's name - neha parihar. The bill which we received this month is for amount rs.1840 which includes last month bill amount as well i. E. Amount rs. 897. I would like to inform you that i did payment on april 15th for last month bill through google pay, i request you to please check your records and reconcile the accounts. Please update your system with correct amount so i can make payment for the bill of this month. I have sent you email so many times however i did not receive any response from your side. Please find the required attachment and revert back as soon as possible.

I have contacted your customer services so many time even i dropped a message on your whatsapp customer services number on same date. Since 10 days, i have not received any response or resolve on this matter. I request you to please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
