[Resolved]  Jindal Info Service — Fraud

I have been swindled by some company called Jindal Info Services (www.ukjobs4u.com) of Rs. 4,224 in the name of internet based work from home jobs.
I read an advertisement in the “Times of India” dated 24/02/2010 and 03/03/2010 with reference to internet jobs under the category “Work from Home”. After having visited their website (www.ukjobs4u.com), I decided to do “Cut and Paste Job” / basic plan. The registration charges were Rs.4, 224.
I registered myself with the company online and remitted the above amount thru internet banking from my ICICI bank account to their Axis bank account [protected]/ Bandra Kurla complex branch in Mumbai-400051 on 02/03/2010 and informed the company thru email at jobs.[protected]@gmail.com as per the directions on their website.
As per the information available on their website that after the receipt and confirmation of the payment the job details would be sent to the applicant’s email address within 24 hours. I called up the company on 03/03/2010 and spoke with some female who addressed herself as Anne, and was told that the payment of Rs. 4,224 had been received by them and she would be passing on this to her seniors so that they could get in touch with me. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from them. I called her up again the next day and was told that, I should speak with some female called Rose on telephone number [protected], who would give me the user name and password. She assured me that the job details would be sent to me on 05/03/2010 without fail. There was again no communication/reply from them the next day. I tried to contact them again thru email and telephone, but all the three mobile phones were switched off and their website was also not accessible any longer. (The website is temporarily under maintenance. Please visit us again).
I guess these unscrupulous people had made enough money for now by taking undue benefit of innocent people, and duping them of their hard earned money. They have taken a break before they indulge again in these kinds of fraudulent activities under the garb of a new name.

since individually each o[censored]s paid only[protected] rs, the police might be reluctant to take a complaint for such small amounts. however, if we show up as a group i think it would be arnd 50000rs. atleast then the police might act upon, so plz mention the amount and also ur contact no.s,

atleast 4-5 o[censored]s together can go to the police and request them...
