[Resolved] John Player — Defect in the product & No proper service | |||
I bought the geyser & it is started giving problem with in 4 months. Once they came & did the service but from then auto heat control was not working because of this pipes got bursted. We called may times that service agent, he always say that i will send the person within 2 days. I am not using geyser either not getting support from them. John Player is manufactured by Balaji Engineering. I suggest not to buy untill it improve the service quality. AS I KNOW THE PRODUCTS OF ITC ( JOHN PLAYER) IS ALREADY INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES . THAN WHY IS THIS HAPPENING UNDER YOUR BANNER I AM ATTACHING THE BILL COPY WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED BY SHOPKEEPER. TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION THIS IS VIOLENCE OF CORE OF CONDUCT .

John Player — renewal of gift vouchers
Dear Sir,I have six gift vouchers JP09B/006275,006335,006336,006337,006338 and 006274 of Rs 500.00 each,total of Rs 3000.00 which was gift by SBI Life Insurance Corporation.As I have received this vouchers at that time, I was posted at rural center and not in position to redeem its.When I went to redeem its, their validity period had been expired.
Please help to me and advise for redemption of said gift vouchers.
