I have buy the shirt at your bareilly outlet through by debit card after washing 2-3 times it's colour has been washed out. plz. do needfull as early as possible.

John Player Shirt — Colour change (Shade change)

Dear Sir,

I am very much fond of wearing of John player cloth since five year.I have purchased two John Player shirts (Last year in december-2009) from Reliance mall located near Airport circle, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. I am surprise to see that colour change (Shade Change) has happened in one of my above purchased shirt after four to five wash & no colour change (Shade Change)in second shirt.

I don’t have copy of the bill.

I would request you to look into this matter. Hope for positive reply from your side and resolve my complaint at the earliest.

This is Rahul Shakya from Roorkee,I purchased a shirt (John Players) from Sitarganj (Uttarakhand).During the first use of shirt the cloth came out from the stitching on back due to manufacturing defect,now the shirt is useless.As I am residing at Roorkee & the shirt was purchased from Sitarganj during my visit hence I am not able to understand to whom I should report the same for necessary action from John Players.
This type of Quality related problem (Complaint) is not expected from such a reputed brand.
