sir i am pankaj. i own an honda cbr reg no.py01bp4684 I have given by bike for service at jsp honda anna nagar chennai. the date of service was 24/2/2013. because of py reg the manager told he should get approval and till today there is no response from him. daily he says it will take time n unsing an filthy language. and finally i said tat i want my bike no need to do service and so cooly he replied i cant take ur bike away please take necrssary action against him and teach him how to talk to coustmer.. his name is mr. venkat mob no. Honda — no response from honda
Dear Mam/SirI had already complaint 2-3 times but no parmanent solution from the HONDA, Mr. Chankya Handling my query i had called so many times but he is not coming on the phone, very poor service by HONDA after sale, From the last 3 days bike at service center but no effective solution, is there any way to change my BIke.....Please help me....
