[Resolved] Just Dial P. Ltd - Mumbai — Fraudulent ECS Debit from my bank account | |||
I have been a victim of Fradulantely ECS debit from my current account without my authorisation by JUSTDIAL - Mumbai. Even after bringing this to the notice of the management Mr. VSS MAni. after 5 to six months of follow up no action nor any written communication from there end in this regards Kindly let me know what legal action can be taken against such frauds that take place. i want close my account with just dial, cause i am not satisfied with there service . i have told them to close my account and the ecs too, i have talked to the there department for discontinuing my account and after that also they have failed . it is my request to you to take action against justdial ( navi mumbai branch )

I also has signed an ECS package with Just Dial and they clearly told us about this and also said that this is prepatual basis. I can continue my services after completing 1 year membership as well. It is good.
You need to check with them personally, I believe you will get a solution from them instantly as I get every time either it is small or big.
