JustDial threatens me to stop raising my voice against them! Mr Shakir Hussain from JustDial called me 10 minutes back and threatened to stop my comments. The crooks have looted me of my hard earned money and now threatening me to stop raising my voice!!! I have some call recordings of JustDial's representatives which prove they have cheated me and hence I have rights to raise my voice. Was this information helpful? | |||

If you are receiving such threats why don't you lodge an FIR.

I think they are threatening me about taking legal action which I think they cannot because I have evidences of their loot.

SORRY, No issues have been resolved, How can you say this, you have never answered my questions nor given me any resolution.
When I already requested for the cancellation of the service and to stop the ECS on May 9, 2010 why have you taken money from my bank account in August?
You are now telling me that you did not confirm that the ECS was stopped, my question is WHY?
Lets say it could not be for some reason; were you not suppose to inform me that the ECS was or could not be stopped?
The email that I received in response to my ESC and service stoppage request reads as follows: Dated May 10, 2010
"Dear Sir,

With reference to your mail received, this is to inform you that
we have received your mail and revert you back as soon as possible.

Now, if you do not revert on this email, will that be my fault? In fact not responding to customers on their query/ request (and specially the kind of request I had) is a serious issue, isn't is?
How 'not responding to my request authorizes you to debit my bank account while I very strictly expressed my unwillingness to carry on your services?
My cancellation request reads as follows: Dated May 9, 2010

We took it as a trial for our business and we were told that the first payment from our bank account would be taken only after the consumption of the advance money which was for three months. But we have noticed that Just Dial is deducting money from the very first month.
We have taken a trial and we have found that it does not worth it! Please take it on urgent basis NO MORE DEBITS FROM OUR ACCOUNT

Not keeping say your a reputed company will make your company a reputed company. You need to be fair and justify what you say.
I will again request that you should accept your mistake and refund my money.

Please make your advertising scheme clear and put in your website. Also we need whatever scheme commitment should be in our contract. I am lucky after reading this forum i stopped of making payment. I was about to pay and would have been your new victim. Justdial i justescaped.
You lost a good customer.. i started google advertisement a year ago.. they gave Rs.5000 credit free of cost for trail. So i used it and am very happy. Now am investing 15, 000/month for google. Inturn my business is globalised. I would use any service doesnt matter.. but the point is it should be good. So try to improve jusdial always customer is king. We are king for you and enquiries are king for us. So play carefully this is business.
