[Resolved] Kalazone.in — Unfair Trade Practice under Section 2 (1) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act | |||
I have ordered sarees by online with order no 8052 dated 29-5-11 for product ID S3154 and S3624. But www.kalazone.in conducted Unfair Trade Practice under Section 2 (1) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act by misleading the consumer to believe that the postal VPP parcel that kalazone.in delivered contained my ordered sarees, but on opening the parcel the I found that it contained some useless books. Which is severe deficiency of www.kalazone.in service as they had cheated me by taking Rs. 3224 for the VPP parcel for useless book which they send the parcel as ordered goods.I have been contact over telephone[protected]/[protected])and email for last three months they have not been respone anything.Therefore be care when you give online order this type fraud and cheated company like www.kalazone.co.in Was this information helpful? | |||

I have given all communication detail to kalazone.in through [protected]@gmail.com and this web site also.But they have not been contact me till today for a long pending issue.Earlier I have been sending around 14 email and call over phone above 25 times. But Kalazone always trying to cheating by say please give your communication details .
So please alert to give any online order in www.kalazone.in. This company is a big cheater and fraud company .

As per telephonic discussion we sate that I will withdraw my complain if you fulfill my condition within very short period.
Option 01: If I will receive my ordered sarees of product ID S3154 and S3624 then I will withdraw my complain.
Option02:You may send same value product of Rs. 3224.After receive the item I will withdraw my complain.
Option 03: If you return my paid amount Rs. 3224 then I will withdraw my complain.
Above condition I have send through email also to:[protected]@gmail.com

Kalazone .in lingering and continuous harassment me without solving my complain.Therefore fore every body be alert from this type of cheating company to give online order.As per their telephonic request I have send above request /demand for win win condition.But they have not been response anything after my massage and email.
They have been trying to cheating like this.

Please send us a mail at [protected]@gmail.com and provide your contact details so that we can rectify this problem. The problem is not from our side but from the side of VPP Postal dept. We will definitely solve this problem.
