Dear sir, Reference-Ticket Id :93171 Subject :sayyid sabik need ticket urgent Department : Support Status : Open Reported On : 5/4/2013 7:22:05 AM I made payment of 1210 through sbi net banking to palakkad-chennai 11.55 pm bus that is coming from kottayam ,i made payment but doesnot recieved ticket kindly do the needfull and send me ticket urgently.my transaction id is IGI1639244. if ticket is not available please refund my amount-1210 to my S.B.I A/C-[protected].
