[Resolved]  Kalyan BSNL — Dialup Internet connection not working

How i can chek my account usages it shows always you are not suppose to view this page why ?

I think the public sector like BSNL dept is not interested in growing, they are more interested to make prosper to their rivals / competitors. I have net connection of BSNL, since last more than 20 days (out of 60 days) my network is down & inspite of repetitive complaint, no body bothered for their duty. I dont understand that on what basis & why the brand ambasaddor of bsnl Priti Jinta made such rosy picture of this product. I have bad experince of BSNL net connection. A senior officer also told me to "either bear with us " for my problem "or you may shift over to anothe pvt network". This is the stand of our PSU sector.

I have Akot BSNL Dialup Internet connection which is not working since 1 months.
It shows error 676 - Phone line is busy.Please check the status and email me back.

hi sir, internet connection you have provide is the same as its there or not there doesnt make any sense... inspite of so much money no proper service. from last 1 week my internet connection is not working . please a fix problem or would take a legal step. i stay at "ezabel"; sagarsheth, papdy, vasai(west). district thane- 401207

I am Dhaval Patel i received my December 2009 bill i have not access CLI based account from last 1.5 years so on this bill they mention 93.00 rs. of internet dial up charges. how its possible. may i request you plz give me guide for disconnect of that account

balasubramaniam, vasairoad, 401202 for the past two months, i have been running from pillar to post. no one is there to answer the questions of customer at large. every one is busy doing his personsal work or home work. ihave seen top to bottom, no is interested in working, but busy in all other actrivities.
i have applied for internationaltelephone connection, that is isd. mr. kamalpukkar, has all the papers, but he is very very busy in noity attending to the work of verification n pass the papers to kalyan for further action.see the plight of genuine custonmers suffering ast the hands of literate people for want of sufficient work force. bsnl will go down the ladder instead of climbing up the ladder. at the moment it is 6000crores it will go up yet. can anyone pl. help me in getting me isd. my tel no is[protected]
