TELE NO[protected],[protected]& [protected]. I HAD BOOKED DATED 26/07/2012 BUT AFTER BOOKING 19 DAYS I HAD YET NOT RECEIVED THE CYLINDER. AND ALSO THEY DID NOT PICK THE CALL FOR ABOVE LAND LINE NUMBER .IF MANY TIMES I I CALL THEY ATTEND THE PHONE FOR DELIVERY POSOITION OF ABOVE BOOKING THEY REPLY VERY RUDELY THE CYLINDER IS NOT COMING FROM BOTTLING PLANT SO DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE.. Kamla Gas Service — Cylinder not delivered after two times booking in one month
Consumer number 620263 Gas Cylinder is not delivered after booking of two times in one month. Every time delivering very late with less weight. Please do needful. By deliver person call at last of 2 or 3 cylinder left and time gave only 10 minutes to receiving cylinder . Gave next day time for receiving on 7: 00am . I reached 7:00am at deliver stand . there are no person available of deliver. I called deliver person no pickup call. I called at least 20th times not recived
Gas Service — Delay in home gas delivery
sir,I am Ravindra Prakash Sharma residing at OM NAGAR NAGLA BHURI AGRA 282005. My consumer no. is D11772. I booked my gas on 03/10/2011. I have not got my gas till now. They are not picking up my phones and whenever they pick they do not give any satisfactory answers. Pls look into the matter and take necessary action and kindly let me know about the action taken.
