karrox — worst staff,quality,

I am MBA student of Sikkim Manipal University,KARROX took their franchise.
Karrox has a worst staff,Dnt know hw to speak with the students,They dnt co operate with the students
I face a problem at time of online exam booking.On the site while they show me Airoli is one of the option for exam center,while selecting site was automatically block,And on second day site did not show me Airoli center,Panvel & Andheri was the option,as i stay at thane & also work at thane only.So it wont possible for me to take half leave for exam and go to the panvel center.So I went to the Karrox Center i request them to please solve my problem.But they were tooooo rude,they told me to call directly to sikkim university ,that they are nt responsible fr ths.staff were very rude,they are in service industry & they dnt know how to speak,dnt know how handle the situation.
They were not helpfull at all.At last i took 6 days leave in the office ,my salary will also get reduce only bcz of them.
AS THEY ALSO ARE WORKING SO THEY MUST KNOW HW ITS DIFFICULT TO TAKE HALF LEAVE OR LEAVE FROM OFFICE

University is ok,not that much good,But this KARROX learning center is worst.
PLZ DO NOT ENROLL UR SELF IN THS CENTER...THERE ARE MANY FRANCHISES OF SIKKIM MANIPAL YOU CAN GO FR THAT BUT DNT GO TO THS CENTER.
