[Resolved] Karvy Data Management Services Ltd — staff behaviour | |||
Dear Sir, The staff behaviour at borivali office is not proper they are behaving with aged persons and also with other people rudely, One bald fellow who is sitting on counter and one lady wearing spects sitting adjacent to him always behaves rudely, i ask their name but they are not giving their details, instead of that they threatened me with dire consequences. Yes I Agree & that bald fellow is really disgusting.
MY MOTHERS ( SR.CITIZEN AGED 78 YEARS)FINGER PRINTS ARE NOT UPTO THE MARK AS REQUIRED BY THE SCANNING MACHINE & HENCE SHE WAS REFUSED TO ENROLL FOR AADHAR ENROLLMENT.
RECEIPT OR AADHAR CARD IS VERY URGENT FOR ME AS IT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
SUBMISSION OF PENSION LIFE CERTIFICATE IN BMC.
THE LADY IN SPECTACLES RUDLY REFUSED TO SIGN OR TO GIVE STAMP ON THE LETTER TO BE SUBMITTED IN BMC FOR THE NON RECEIPT OF AADHAR
but she did took my mother early for the enrollment process being sr.citizen.
