I have ordered a Camera through www.kaunsa.com on Sep 18 2013. I got a confirmation mail stating that the order is placed and confirmed for shipping on Oct 3 2013. But till Oct 17 I haven't received any update. There is no response from customer care. Every time phone just rings. My Order No. KA/166306/FEL5MO0Q Order taken in name Kiran Chandre Product Amount: Rs.11985 Product Name: Sony Cyber shot DSC H200 Point And Shoot
Digital camera. I have raised a ticket number for non delivery or status to Kaunsa but no reply. Ticket No: Kaun/T166306/IBF6IN7BKL .Please let me know if any more info required. I need refund. Please do the needful.
