i have book a product with you. thats order id is=[protected] &item code is =/MOB/MOB/IPH/96516 & i will pay my payment online with my credit card Rs.25998/- by 2nd july 2015 & this payment claim by your side that's claiming authorisation code is- 095860 . I think this information is enough for my order fulfilment. but i cant recived my order product yet.i will call your customer care from 2nd july to till date .but no response from them. they ask to me they cant access my detaild .like
(my user id, order id, orderd mail, order conformation mail, my email id & cell no registered with us, i again send my detail to them 2 times with my bank account deduction snap shot on [protected]@kaunsa.com with my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com but no one replay from them they ask this matter is forwerd our seniors & they will help me for resolving the problem by email or call. but no one replay from them . today the height of frodness when i call the executive conform my cell no. registered with us he is put my cell no.in black list(block list) . so i hpoe you resolve my problem as soon as fast. and waiting for yoyr response . email or call
