[Resolved]  Kaunsa.com — Non delivery of materials

Sir,
On dated 16.10.2012 at 3.30pm I placed an order and accordingly the payment made by SBI debit card vide payU txn#[protected] for Rs.1787/- but they did not response when I complain they said there is no such order again I place a new order avide transiction id-Kd/117/211/47/229/RXFD2 and reported to supply the material but they replied that they will contact within 24-48 hrs but not yet again I told them if they do not supply then they should refund the money but that is also not .
