I would like to highlight an unpleasant experience that I have had at the Kaya Clinic, Kamla Nagar.
I am a regular customer of Kaya and have taken numerous services in past. This time when I have taken an open package of 4 sittings of Intense clarity under Kaya scheme, I was absolutely unsatisfied with my first sitting. After doc recommendation, I had taken GP instead of intense clarity and did not find any difference to my skin.
I had reported this to the Kamala Nagar clinic yesterday, 22 Jan. The manager of the centre came across to be very unprofessional as no satisfactory answer was given. If the GP is meant to not give instant results than it should have been clarified to the customer in the initial discussion itself and this has happened when i have reiterated that I am taking this package for a weeding and need instant results.
The manager of the centre - Nidhi came across to be very aggressive and has displayed unpleasant body language, she walked out of the room even when I was talking, she was loud and did not cater to the redresses satisfactorily.
The lesson of customer service needs to be arranged even before you think of getting into a customer service industry. My intention of writing this mail to you is to bring my 2 concerns to your notice -
1) Wastage of my money in my first sitting, with no effective results
2) Unpleasant behaviour of your Kamla Nagar clinic Manager
I want urgent action or money back.
