There is no proper response from the clinic whenever I called them they never answered my calls neither call me back. No proper guidence or services. I have called multiple times but no response from the kaya phoenix Bangalore. Pathetic...

Kaya Skin Clinic — Mismanagement at the clinic

This is my experience in Kaya Clinic, Phoenix mall, Whitefield! Until you take a package you are treated well, your questions are answered with patience, once you pay the money you are treated differently, you are made to rush your sittings so that your package gets over and you have to take maintenance packages. Even though there should be a gap of 2-3 months for one sitting they make you do 2 sittings within a month. The staff is totally...

Kaya Skin Clinic — Refund Issue

Address:Kaya Skin clinic, Lulu Mall, Edapally, Kochi

The manager at the clinic made me pay full amount in advance.

Due to certain personal reasons I could not go ahead with the treatment and hence demanded for a refund.

The manager then informs that they don't have a refund policy.
This was not informed to me in prior to the payment.

I have been behind them for almost a month but there's no response....
