[Resolved] Kenstar Appliances — Non delivery of components | |
Respected sir, Myself, Mr. K. Mohan a resident of Dombivli(East), thane would wish to bring into notice a complaint as a customer regarding the purchase of KENSTAR mixer( Model no.-MG 0411). As per the model no. stated above the above item was purchased on 19-11-08. As per the specification indicated in the Brochure...we did not receive the Chutney Jar & the shop owner is charging an extra sum of Rs.250. We have paid Rs. 3195 as an exchange offer for the previous old mixer. The original cost of the Kenstar mixer is Rs.3995(receipt no.3223).Even we were not provided with spatula, whipping blade & other parts. Then we had to get the items by again visiting the shop. We have still not received the chutney Jar & we are being charged an extra sum for that as stated above.I would wish to bring into notice about the shop: PARAG appliances, patkar building, canara bank, Dombivli(EAST) Is this the type of service a customer must expect from a shop for a brand company like Kenstar???? The amount they are charging does not suit the specifications provided in the brochure.We are seriously disappointed by the service provided and will be forced to take up legal action. We are purchased a Refrigerater in JAINSONS CORPERATION LTD, Coimbatore. Model no KRC200ASW, Sl No KF04LK0801066 dated on 15-01-05. Now 25 days before Fridge no cooling. I will give indoor service at SANVEE costomer care, Coimbatore, Job no-ID9F0807 ON 08-06-09.Now i am asking today via phone. She told set ok bill amt rs 3550/- I am asking compresser under warrenty.How you are charging to me . I say connect Branch Manager.She is no response in my call and she told he is out of Office contact after some time. Again i contact 5.30pm she told office time closed.she sayed you will call tomarrow .I am asking her name she cut the phone line. Next what to do.I lost my original bill but i have warrenty card with filling and dealer seal . pls reply to me. my contect mobile no[protected].We are seriously disappointed by the service.How V R recammened others.
