Kenstar / Geyser — Pathetic service from Kenstar

I have bought kenstar geyser. after using for 5 days it gone mad and stop working. since then i have registered and re-registered the complaint near about 5 to 10 times. every single time i got the number of a service engg, , either which the number is not working or the engg. had left the company. i have launched my complaint first on 23rd Jan. but till now nobody showed up. .......... Really Pathetically Pathetic........!!!!
