i am from hyderabad, on 27th march'09 i purchased a kenstar slimline air cooler and within 1 month that spoiled 4 times, and now i am ready to give some more money and get another model, but they are just denying their responsibilities(specially employees of NEXT).
i have spent half the price in calling them i think but no out put till now.
now i have decided to raise a complaint in consumer court...
