Kenstar Washing Machine — Tumble not working

I had purchased a kenstar fully automatic -tumble top machine. So for I have repaired 4 times, now I am facing similar problem and I made compliant to customer care 20 times chennai Phone No.[protected] but no response. I opened the website of the company to contact top level authority for escalation but site is not available and message is populating under maintenance. I am really fed up with KENSTAR. Product, here after we should not buy any foreign product.
