Khaitan — NEGLECT AND DELAY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

RESPECTED SIR,
i BOUGHT a KHAITAN fan on 23/4/12 with a warranty of 2 years. couple of months earlier my fan started showing some problems(made loud sounds when turned on). i contacted the customer care/service centre of KHAITAN immediately. after repeatedly calling the customer care/service centre they gave fake assurance of sending somneone immediately day after day. for 1 MONTH they DID NOT send anyone to my house and after 1month when someone from the service centre came he found that the bearings of my fan had FAULTS. he was ILL EQUIPPED that day so he DISMANTLED the fan BUT couldnot change the bearings. then HE gave word that he would come the very next day and CHANGE the bearings. this was on 08/06/2013. 10 days have passed by and he has not shown up. you could possibly feel how diffcult it is in this SUMMER season to have a room without any fan. calling the CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE centre also proved FUTILE as they donot seem to pay any heed to my distress. i would like to say that i have no faith in KHAITAN PRODUCTS OR THEIR SERVICES anymore.

Hi i have bought Khaitan gyser in Jan 2013 in Hyderabad.It has given problem in no more than 7 months.We have made a complaint by making a call to their toll free number[protected] they have registered my first complaint in the month of August and closed the request mentioning Customer is not available but the truth is no one visited and no one called up mentioning that we are visiting to service the request.They are not even asking for feasible time of customer while registering a service request and they are closing the complaint without even calling the customer after waiting for one month i have called the toll free number and again registered a complaint in september they said their technician will visit in 2 working days but the same has happened no one turned up and also they have given a contact number which is not all existing, again i have called 13-Sep to find the status of the complaint they said same thing again that their representative will visit in 2 working days when i asked them very strongly about this they made a statement mentioning this is a complaint center we only just registers the complaint .I have a question for Khaitan who is accountable if the complaint is not addressed, if this continues for 3 more months our warranty will also expire. Khaitan service is very poor if they cannot provide good service what is point in making false promises.This very disgusting and irritating.

People donot ever go for Khaitan .Buying a product is not a big deal buying a product from a company who offers good service is a deal.
Think before you buy anything which is manufactured from this company
