I have purchased the 56 inch celling fan. The fan was problem in the air and I have lodged the complaint on 5th Oct. Your service centre representative change the 48 inch instead of 56 inch. I purchased a heat convector on 18 - 12 -12 from singla Electrial and hardware , plot no 852, opp SBI, Kapshera, New Delhi-37 and very shockingly it burned out with in 15 days . Fan and motor inside it destroyed. we called customer care , and they said they will send some one but no one turned up on multiple calls even . I should call them frauds who are only concerned when they have to sell the product but not for complaints....
