Hello I am SHIVRAM KHANDU SAPKAL .I came across the add for the mobile tower installation in the SAKAL news paper with the following numbers to call [protected] to [protected] When I called up the number they asked us to do the following documentsto be submitted along with the dd of amount 3700/- Resume Photo Xerox copy of land. Received the details of address from the cell phone number. [protected] Now since June I have been trying to reach the contact numbers but no response. I would recommend all the people who are been suffering because of this KHAN GOLD CARE .Please check with bank for which account was your DD credited and from there we can reach to the details of the person owning that account and we can take some legal actions against the person. If you have any other alternate way by which we can work together to get these people and our money back. I also have been cheated the same way by this Khan Gold Care company. For tower information i have sent DD of Rs. 3, 700.00 and Rs. 2, 500.00 as per their demand. Apart from this responding to their ad no. 5/2010 i have sent Rs. 2, 000.00 for renting out premises for their office building and further for various posts 3 applications along with DD of Rs. 1, 000.00 each.
I have been given a date of June 5, 2010 for their survey of land for tower and June 4 onwards I have been trying to contact them in mobile nos. given by them but those nos. are shut down. This indicates that the company Khan Gold Care is a totally fraud company and I wish to take legal actions for investigation and prosecution. On phone lines a Mr. Raman Singh had been responding all the times before June 4 instant.

someone with name of Khan Gold Care gave advertise in Local news paper 'Danik Jagran, Lucknow edition" 24th feb to 10th may, with contact numbers [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/ [protected] / [protected] / [protected]
after making to contact to them they asked us to pay Demand draft of rs:3700/- (as registration fees)
we sent the DD on their said address.

then again they asked us to send DD of RS:2500 (as processing fees)with that leter they sent us 10rs non-judicial stamp. that was drawn in delhi
stamp no.: 34AA 121955. they alloted us customer registration number (CRN) as LKO/14774/871.
after sending said DD of rs:2500 we called them on 19th may and in that call they give us date of survey of our land as 25th MAY, 2010. After sending NOC I can not received any mail and all the lines are SWITCH OFF from 4 June2010 to till date.
WHAT WE DO., Please suggest.
now when i checked on net i found lots of complaint like that.
so i m giving you those details .
pls make enquiry in this matter.

paper 'Sakal' in Mumbai, Maharashtra between 24th feb to 10th may 2010,

after making contact to them they request to send a bank draft of Rs:3700/- in favor of
Khan Gold Care Payable at Bangalore are being the charges for Registration and Processing,
which is refundable subject to suitability of the propose site.
I sent the Bank draft on their said address. KHAN GOLD CARE, 9/1,1st Cross, Versha Windsor
Court 3rd floor, Lal Bagh Road, Bangalore 560027, Karnataka, India.
They alloted us Customer Registration Number (CRN) as : MUM/8690/787.and give us
two new contact numbers [protected] & [protected] for future communications between
10.30 am. to 5.00 pm. only and the phones are attended by Mr. Parvez Jain.
Then again they asked us to send Bank draft of Rs: 2500/- (as Survey charges)with NOC letter
they sent us Rs.10/- India Non Judicial Stamp that was drawn in Delhi Stamp No.: 33AA 385928.
I called them on 5th may and they give us date of survey of our land as 1st June 2010 but all
two lines are SWITCH OFF from 1st June 2010 to till date.
Now when I checked on net I found lots of complaint like that. so I m giving you those details .

I have paid 3700 and 2500 by SBI DD.(first dd on 16/03/2010 and dd no is 079558 then second dd on 03/05/2010 dd no is 631532) I dont know how this fraud has hapen I[censored] go to by sim they will ask u for yor photo id and a photograph how they manage to open account with bank without id so now what to do my email is [protected]@gmail.com & mobile [protected]

after recieving the demand draft khan gold care confirmed me that the survey team will contact me on 3 june but i did
not get any call from them . and when i contactd them i found all the numbers are swithched off . now i am sure that this khan gold care is a fraud .
this is the second time that i cheated by anybody else .
i request all u , donot beleive such people who demand any type of money or any useful information . donot give them any detail and donot send any money by demand draft or by directly depositing the money in anyone's bank account. such people are fraud and plz ignore such people.
