Please see my complaint lodge to HSBC NODAL Officer, CIBIL, Media People, RBI...

Can anyone tell me what are the other ways to circulate this mail to other authorities, can anyone give me the suggestion how to proceed with next steps...

Dear Sir / Madam,

When I was in bangalore in the year 2005 and the credit card was issued in Bangalore itself from HSBC branch . I have done some purchases in 2005 only. The Collection Agency chased me like anything for getting the payment to the credit card. If you see the statement which is of

Total Purchases of 28551.49/-
Total Reversal Amount was 7070.55/-
Final Purchase comes to 21480.94/-

Where in totality

I have paid the amount 26300/-

Which is extra than Final Purchase.

Now your Bank HSBC has made me Blacklisted in CIBIL and telling me in the mail to pay the outstanding amount to
around 49000/- including charges.

You also said me on the phone via agency that if I again pay the settlement amount from the principal which is 16000, again HSBC won't be removing my name from the CIBIL. Now tell me why the Principal Amount is Outstanding?
As i have paid to this credit earlier more than 5000/-

I am trying from the different banks for getting the car loan / home loan, but it is always getting rejected. I am really helpless now and you are not listening me at all. Just Playing the game. Do you know how much i am in trauma. Please do also consider my last e-mail to you, as this type of behaviour from your bank may result in Committing Suicide of myself and all the HSBC will be responsibile for brearing the loss of someones life. I am so much in the trauma / depression that I am not getting any credit from any bank due to Blacklisted in my name. All of my paper work is ok and purchase power is good and in last all banks say me that my application is rejected due to problem in CIBIL.

Please remember I won't be paying any charges amount which is clubbing to in HSBC closed credit card [protected], as you never ever intimated me or followed up with me to get the amount settled, you and your collection team are just watching and waiting to get this amount clubbed, you are just making the money from wrong types of protocol followed up.
