[Resolved]  KINETIC MOTORS — FAULTY DISTURBED BIKE

Hi, My complaint is regarding my bike Kinetic 4S which i bought in December 2005. Till few months the bike was kind of ok. But after that it started giving all possible problems mainly with regards to wobbling of tyres or bike whatsoever. I am not so tech savvy regards to bikes, but this was what i was told by the technicians. I complained so many times in the service centre, spend whole lot of money behind it, but still no go. Lot of times i got saved from severe accidents about to happen. Below given is the mail which i sent to Kinetic for cmplain. After that they send an engineer to check, he asked for Rs1000, i paid him, but the problem still persists. After that I mailed again, but there was no reply. Please can someone help me.

This is in reference to the same bike that i had made a complaint before. One of your guys did check my vechile and did the servicing for which I had to pay almost Rs1000 last month.
But to my surprise the problem still exists in my bike. Now this is not at all acceptable from such a reputed company. I believe this naturally is a negative impact for the goodwill of the company, as a customer is not at all satisfied with the service. I expect either the problem should be settled once and for all, otherwise I have to think of an alternative.
Hope to get a response as soon as possible.

hi i bought a kinetic blaze on 29-11-06 chassis no lrf yk006042, engine no LRE YK 006358. ever since i bought the bike it has been giving me trouble. the problem is that the engine is burning oil. it consumes half litre oil for 800 - 1000 kilometres. u can literaly see smoke from the silencer. i have complained to my dealer right from day 1. the dealer is costa auto zone, mapusa goa. they never believed me in the begening but eventually they rectified the problem but the service engineer who is station here by u for blaze bikes doesnt accept it n even fought with me accusing me of fraud over the phone. for the past one n half year the bike has been knocking terribly cant even overtake in traffic n if still forced the engine goes off n doesnt start at all. i have paid 60, 000 for a bike that i could use not even for a few months. is this the quality that kinetic sells to its customers. it is the dealer itself who told me to take this step as they saw that my problem is genuine n i ve been suffering for a long time now n i cant take it any more. the bike engine is in a terrible state it is my work bike n cant use it any more bcoz it stops all the time. who is responsible for my losses. also the suspention of the bike is terrible. even i[censored] go in a small pot hole as they r every where here in goa it bottoms immediatly n bangs hard. especially in the front end. kinetic has a good reputation in goa pls keep it. i have done all servicings i have sent a hole whole lot of money on the bike. u can ask my dealer (above) for my records. service n parts. i never made any think less for my bike. please help. hope to hear from u soon

Hi,

I too a have a Kinetic 4S, for first 5 months it was ok but now it started drinking oil and eating my money, there are lot's of starting trouble and bilke stops variably in slow speed.

i am customer of kinetic bike (stryker) i purchase this bike two years before and now i am facing many problems with this bike... this bike have very less repair ..then others bike ... i can't get any material of this bike and i purchase this bike from Amritsar at Billa automobile... so sir please take my request i face problem with Hose pipe of stryker ... three months over and my bike is standing outside from home ... i went every day to consumer and they said to me that hose pipe came in three, four days ... but now i am very irritate with them and my bike was not started because of hose pipe ... so kindly take my request and give hose pipe of stryker to (billa automobile in amritsar) as soon as possible ... then i am very thankfull to u...


so please give me response as often as possible...
