Myself, Sharmila A G Magar and my daughter Shikchya Gharti magar travelled from London Heathrow T 4 in 01 Mar 11 and returned back to London in 01 Apr 11. My PNR NO is GQEDKP.
One of your staff took my Fuji SLR type digital camera and got lost in KTM Nepal.
I also found all the ciggerates (smoking) vanished in London airport. My baggages were found open.
I was also surprised that the company didn't have any arrangements for long waiting passengers at Delhi. I had to stay within the airport with my 18 months old baby more than 12 hours.
Finally, sorry to bother you but i think this is necessary for the future.

Kingfisher Airlines — Lost iPod
I flew from New Delhi to Leh on 16-Sep-2010 by flight no.3341. My reservation no. was OFJGMY. I had checked in 2 baggages, no carry on. After getting down at Leh I discovered that my iPod was missing. The ground staff at Leh airport did not take my complaint saying that I will have to lodge the complaint at the origin Airport i.e. Delhi.I reached New Delhi back on 22-Sep-2010 and approached the Kingfisher kiosk but there also they did not take my complaint saying once I am out of airport the lost and found complaint cannot be registered. They only handed over me a comment card.
Details of iPod: Black color, 30 GB, attached with iTrip (small FM transmitter)
