I had cancelled my air ticket on 14.08.08 under case no 188291.
till date I havent got my refund when contacted them they give false promises .I am not getting porper response even whencontacted their claim dept.

kingfisher airline — No refund after8 months
I canceled my Kingfisher airline(ex Deccan) flight ticket from Delhi to Leh on May 27, 2008 and was given ticket no 6495878 and a case no 171877 after few months . They have not rolled back the refund of Rs6898/ into my credit care account after a passage of more than 8 months now. Whenever I call the airline cust care, either they do not attend the call or they say that the refund is under process.Kindly suggest ways and means to get my refund along with interest for the delay.
Can the consumer court help me.
Please advice.
