Female Harassment- Mr Chandreshwar Yadav, Airport Manager-Ranchi, KF Airlines
Dear Sir,
This is against Mr Chandreshwar Yadav, Airport Manager, Ranchi, Kingfisher Airlines. He is harassing female candidates by luring them a job at Kingfisher. Later, he severely harasses these female candidates. Due to this, many female candidates have to resign. I would request you to take action against him. I have already informed Kingfisher chairman for the same. below is the text from the mail which is written to Chairman-Kingfisher Airlines (chairman@flykingfisher.com).
Dear Chairman Sir,
With due respect, I would like to highlight certain issues regarding one of your emplees. Your employee Mr Chandreshwar Yadav, who is currently serving as Airport Manager, Ranchi (Jharkhand).
The agenda of this mail is to bring your kind attention to the fact that He (Mr Chandreshwar Yadav) is severely involved in harassing girl students. This harassment has led to resign two girls namely- Rina Kumari, Rima Upsana Kashyap.
Recently he has managed one more girl, Ms NIHARIKA KUSHWAHA, who is not even graduate. He managed to get her graduation 'fake' certificate and broght her on the payroll of Kingfisher. She is supposed to join very soon.
I would request you to kindly take actions against all these mismanagement happening at recruitment team and particularly against Mr Chandreshwar Yadav.

I am really disappointed to after todays travel From sxr to dli In your kingfisher airlines .i couldn't even believe that In the airlines of this reputation things would be stolen from the luggage . I am really shocked and feel sorry for myself for flying with your airlines..This has rouined the image of your airlines in my sight and I think tihs airlines will always be the last option for me as well as my relatives when ever we are going to book ticket.
I still couldn't believe kingfisher airline of such class could...I am really sorry for flying with you.

Yes strongly agree of the allegations against him because he is actually of such a character. Going back we also find his name published in newspaper of such nuisance when he was in Jetlite.. He was involved with a girl name Bani and many more but her issue mainly highlighted. Jetlite staffs have also been a viction of such a behaviour.
This case should be strongly dealt for ranchi airport and prosper of Kingfisher airlines

Really not expected from you. Same is happening in kolkata. Namely kim hassan and girish. They are brokers..
Both of them are taking staff who are non graduate and taking girls outside like digha. we dont want to name the girls.

This is utter nonsense.I know Chandreshwar for many years, now.He is a thorough professional and a true blue gentleman but yes he is very strict and does not tolerate slack attitude at work.He had a clean record with his previous company and so was promoted and on the same basis he joined the current company.Probably, his only flaw is that he is a very simple and straight thinking human being.He is a good soul and believes in 'common good'.Just for the records no recruitment can be confirmed by him without the consent and approval of H.R. officials from the head office.

This is utter nonsense.Chandreshwar is a very straight forward gentleman who belives in 'common good'.He is a thorough professional and a true blue manager.He is very strict at work and does not tolerate any kind of slack or loose attitude.Just for the records, as a manager he cannot confirm any recruitment, the sole authority for this rests with the HR officials based in the head office.I wish him all the best for his future and expect him to carry on the doing the good work.

What all this nonsense, this all is just do a person defaming and spoil his character as I know this person from last 9 years never heard such activity about this person . I can’t believe how a web page can publish such nuisance and spoil some one name and frame, where is the Indian law…… sorry I have forget this is India and anything can happen in India, as we are great and our law is great.

As I know Mr. Yadav he is a dignified person and live his life in dignity and keep his high moral value, I will like know from the publisher, how you have published all the nonsense what is the authenticity about all this I have few question from this web page publisher.
1) Did you cross check about the person who has done all these?
2) Is this mail is a real mail?
3) What is this person and mail is authentic?
4) Did you have cross checked about the person about who someone is pasting some message is true and real?
As I know him from past 7 years he can’t be like this and I know this all bull shit is done by his in-laws…….
As work is concern he is the man of principal and very much disciplined man.

How someone and the webpage can be like this without any verification anything can be published on web page and this is the result, what is happening with the people of NE, where is the Indian law and what is our politician and judiciary system is doing why can’t they do something to stop all this nuances, as its concern about CP Yadav he the man made of gold and this is totally false allegation put on him only to spoil his life and hamper his life.

This is impossible he is not like this, as I know him since 2005 when I was in other organization and know him very well, and directly I am working under him from 2008, he has take care of all the staff ad being a guardian of a family, and when it’s come to work he is too tough person and very difficult to face him. But when it’s come about staffs problem he is like our guardian and take care of us like a family member, and somehow I know about the personnel life as his in-laws are a semi crack person who all has spoiled his life and still trying to do so. But god is great any how he will come out from all this trouble and wish him all the best.

What is all this nonsense as I know Mr. Yadav from last 8 years he can’t do such activity someone has played a dirty game for this man, as I know him he has take care of all the staff as a real manager when work is concern he never spare any one and when it’s come to staff welfare he take care of us as we are like a family member, Mr Yadav you must carry on your good work and do not bother about all this because this must be an activity of so sick man. i am not agree with these kind of rediculous complaints.if this obligation is fake.i know him very well.that lady is taking benefits to him.she is very smart, she wants to creat bad image on society to him, he is very goodman.he solve all the problem very well...prashant yadava

what is all this bullshit. i know Mr.C.P Yadav last 6 year he can do such type of thigs, he is very honest of his job, he always motivate his juniors and time to time help, he is real manager when work is concern he never spare anyone, he take care everyone, i know about his personnel life, someone wants to spoiled his life, but i beleave on God, any how he will come out all this trouble and i wish all the best...
