[Resolved]  Kingfisher Airlines — To check the ticket through PNR NO

I book the ticket of King fisher Airlines. Flight no IT 3633, Flight date- 30 May 09,PNR no - LPGRJX from chennai to Port Blair. After travelling i don't have the ticket with me. The Travel agent who has booked the ticket closed his agency and gone to Tamilnadu. I want to claim my money from my company. For that i need the Ticket of my travelling but unable to get the ticket. Pls help me out and solve my problem of getting the ticket on King fisher website.

Credit Card — double charge/ For refund

Mr credit card no is [protected] .In credit card statement dated Mar 21 2009.
There is doble entery of Rs. 676.97 dated 19.03.2009.
Infact I have purchaged only one railway ticket.Kindly refund Rs.676.97and inform me on my M ph. No. is [protected]
during my kingfisher flt no IT 0336 from srinagar to new delhi my baggage was damaged. i complained to mr varun at the kingfisher counter at delhi. i also lodged a complaint at mob no [protected] as advised by varun. i also fwd a complaint at the web add of the airlines. there has been no reply. my pnr no is GGF2LY and seat no 11A.

Kingfisher Airlines — Charged twice wrongly

An excerpt from the mail sent to Kingfisher Airlines... dated: 4th Mar 2009

Dear Sir/Madam (Make my Trip & Kingfisher Airlines),

Sub: Rescheduling charges charged twice wrongly.

I had booked tickets in the name of Ms Chandni Kamdar on 18th Feb 2009 for 22nd Feb 2009. Details as under:

Paid through: Standard Chartered Credit Card

Due to certain reasons, i got my flight rescheduled to 25th Feb 2009 by calling up your service line. The customer care executive made online changes & said i would be charged 2000/- (750 * 2 + 250 *2) for the same.

But upon requesting for Boarding Pass at the airport on 25th Feb, the Kingfisher attendants said the rescheduling charges have not been paid, are showing pending in the system & i would have to pay on the spot else i would not be allowed to board the flight. My flight was scheduled @ 6:05AM, & i was made to wait till 6:00AM until i finally managed to pay up in CASH, ON-THE-SPOT to the attendants! This was really ridiculous - A lone lady made to wait till the last, at such an odd hour, just because of some error in your system & not allowed to board flight till money was literally extorted! This was unexpected from such a reputed organization like yours! Also, i was not given the receipt of money at Ahmedabad Airport, but was asked to collect from Mumbai Airport. Fortunately, i have got the receipt for the payment made.

Over & above this, i receive a statement from my credit card bank - Standard Chartered, which ALSO REFLECTS THE AMOUNT DEBITED IN MY ACCOUNT!!! So, in all, i pay up twice for rescheduling my flight! And that too after a round of an insulting wait at the airport.

Can i request a solution for the same??????

I HAVE TRAVELLED FROM MUMBAI TO DELHI BY KF FLIGHT NO.IT-0335 ON 22 MARCH 2009. THE SEAT NO ALLOTTED TO ME WAS 4F. I SHALL BE GRATEFUL IF A COPY OF THE TICKET MAY BE MAILED TO ME ON MAIL ADDRESS [protected]@yahoo.co.in FOR OFFICE RECORD.

Kingfisher Airlines — Double charging of Air tickets from Credit card

Dear Sir,

1. I had bought tickets for my wife and child from New DElhi to Indore from your website on 13 Apr 09 by my credit card having no [protected]. The flight was on 18 Apr 09.

2. The tickets were of Rs 3679/- each and were charged to my credit card account. However in addition to the above, a sum of Rs 7358/- has also been charged from my account for the same tickets.

3. In view of this i had contacted icici bank and they have told me to request you to void the amount of Rs 7358/- which has been erroneously charged to me by your airlines.

4. i would request you to take immediate action to refund the double charged amount to my credit card at the earliest please.
My transaction id of the date is 751420 and pnr was inclic.

Kingfisher Airlines — delay and non comfortable seats

This is to inform you that I had travelled thru Fly Kingfisher on 28.05.09 by flight no IT3802 form delhi to hyderabad . The flight was late by more than 40minutes and we sitting in the plane for almost one hour as the flight got delayed after boarding the flight.

On return on the same day, the flight was late by more than 1 hr and 15 minutes. No arrangement was made for snacks etc for the morning and evening flight at the airport.

The seats were not having the facility of inclination in the plane on the return journey which caused lot of inconvenience to the oassengers.I have never seen a plane where such seats are there.

You shud immedately remove such planes whcih are so inconvenient to travel.

Pl let me know the action taken on this complaint.

Kingfisher Airlines — Ticket refund delay

This is in regards to 3 cancelled tickets booked on kingfisher airlines for which I havent received a refund for close to a year.Details are provided below:

1) Delhi-Bangalore, 08july'08; FLT:207 ; PNR DPSCRW
2) Delhi-Bangalore, 08july'08; FLT:207 ; PNR DPSCRW
(In case of the above 2 tickets - a cancelation record coupon was given with the following remark : Full refund to be given as guest was booked twice PNR-LHYMEN)
3)Mumbai- Bangalore; 3march'09 ; kingfisher red IT 3109 ;PNR NLMNKT

Have sent mails and have to spoken on a number of occasions to customer care but have still to receive a reply on the same...Being a frequent flier on Kingfisher airlines am extremely dissatisfied with their response to my refund status...What should I do??

Kingfisher Airlines — Flights getting delayed

Dear Team,

In the past two years I would have travelled by Kingfisher Airlines atleast 15 times and not even a single time they have adhered to their time schedule in taking off. There would be a delay of atleast an hour every time citing technical problem. I would like to know what technical problem they face every time. This time I booked my tickets from Bangalore to Bhubaneshwar (IT 3445, 27th June 2009) and return (IT 3446, 30th June 2009). Just after my booking, I receive an SMS message saying the flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneshwar would now be delayed by 1H and 50 minutes. It is strange to see such a poor and unacceptable service. Why dont they change the flight timing by one hour or so, so that we prepared and plan our schedule accordingly.

This is simply unacceptable.

myself bhawana chugh i travelled through a flight of kingfisher airlines from jammu-delhi-bangalore and after i checked my lugauge at bangalore i found my bag has been exchanged with somebody when i got my bag from that person i found my 15000 cash and other things were not there.

i was listening very good much about king fisher airline my name is mukesh kumar i am from barrally

i was traveeled on 1 st july from from cheennai to colombo but when i was arived my baggage was mising

staff make p.i.r report and they saying we need 7 day only for this maximum if we not found we provide

you some compansasion amount but now they not talk to me propely they think i am in u.p and they in south india so i can do any thing and they trying to me fool very much if i call to cheennai they saying call to colombo if i call to colombo thay saying call chennai we sent mail for you we dont find your bag your case is close and they make you fool why we dont know so you dont waiste your international call

Kingfisher Airlines — Cancellation of booked ticket

Dear sir,

On 9th june 2009 I booked a ticket bearing PNR number KXQHFU from delhi to pune for 26th sep 2009 which is cancelled by the company after one and half month quoting the reason card failure where as there was no such case and what I feel is to sell the same ticket for a higher fare company has played this drama. Nopw the company is asking for more money to book the same ticket. I request the authorties to take action in this regard and provide me the booked ticket at an earliest

King Fisher airlines — refund pending

I had booked a ticket from delhi to Indore for my family for rs 7884 in january 2008 on air deccan but the airline changed the schedule by 4 hours. I chose to not travel and I was promised a refund of my amount but even after 50 phone calls and 100 emails I have not received my refund.

Kingfisher Airlines — Theft in the Check in Luggage

Hi,

I travelled in Kingfisher airlines on 2,Oct 2009 from Mumbai to Bangalore at 6:40 AM flight, I had my camera sealed in a box in the check in luggage bag, In Bangalore after I received my luggage found my camera missing. I have raised this issue with the Kingfisher airport team, they said just to send a mail to [protected]@kingfisher.com, I did the same and they replied if we found we will get back to you. This was the message given by them. I was ashamed by this reply. A five star airlines customer care is very bad. I feel not to travel anymore in kingfisher airlines.. very bad

Kingfisher Airlines — SHIFTING OF MY ALLOCATED SEAT FROM 2ND ROW TO 15TH

Hello,
My PNR number for IT3347/28OCT PAT-DEL @1830 hrs is CDWAUS booked on 18th October for 2 adults with seat number 02A and 02B. Unfortunately 6 days after the booking when I checked my flight status I found that my one out of two seats has been shifted to back to row F. I immediately called upon Kingfisher Airlines to know about it where I was told that my seat was booked in front due to technical error and the flight doesn’t have any 02B seat as it is business class in front. But it’s lie as the flight from Patna to Delhi doesn’t have any business class.

I want to know the reason for fraud done to me in snatching my seat. Several things come my mind as may be your booking agents are making extra money by giving already allotted tickets in front.

Kingfisher Airlines — Theft

My wife Aditi Choraria was flying from Kolkata to Mumbai on KING FISHER flight IT 512 on seat No. 11 B on 26/10/2009 (Today)

Upon unpacking her luggage she found certain items missing. The detail is as under

1). Mobile Charger- Nokia N85 Model

2). Silver Bracelet

3). Clinique Lip Gloss (New)

4). A brown envelope having Rs 13,690/= Cash

Now here it might come to your mind that the airline or ground staff might not be at fault & the missing items must have been taken out either ways to the airport, but the concerned passenger was not travelling in any hire vehicle & was in constant possession of her luggage.

AN EARLY ACTION WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
