[Resolved]  Kingfisher Airlines — Harassment by the check in crews of kingfisher airlines in dhaka airport

I have been attending a training in college of material management, jabalpur, mp, india since 26 december 2011. Due to the current complexity of indian visa sys I could not manage visa of my family concurrently. As a result I had to plan their journey after I had joined the course. Indian embassy put a clause like “ accompanying husband by air” in the visa of my wife whereas I had already moved out for the course ( government of india is sponsoring the course). My family went to the airport to catch the scheduled plane on 8 jan 12. But the kingfisher airlines denied checking them in knowing very well that this was not their job rather it was the purview of the immigration. My wife along with two small kids was helplessly moving from one place to another and trying to explain them about the real fact and requested them time and again to check about my movement by their airlines on 26 december 2011. But grieve of my wife could not touch their mind and heartlessly they closed the counter putting them in an ocean o[censored]ncertainty. On the same day I was moving from my current place in india to kolkata for receiving them and bring them back to my place. Due to the mobile network prob in the train I could know all these fact quite late and could not do anything except calling defence attache of indian embassy in dhaka. But regardless of all the effort nothing could ensure their travel to india. Finally on the same day I had to purchase the ticket of biman bangladesh airlines and could manage to get them in india. The way this airlines dismayed my family demand something to be done against them. But I do not know what to do. Can anybody pl help me in this regard.
