[Resolved] Kingfisher Airlines — FAILED TRANSACTION DEBITED TO BUY CREDIT CARD | |||
I was trying to book 2 tickets online for Mumbai - Cochin for 5 Jan 2012 through HDFC credit card, but it gave an error "gateway connection lost". The failed transaction is debited for Rs. 12668/- on my HDFC bank credit card. Talked to Kingfisher airline customer care executive since 14 Jan. 2012 and have mailed from 22 Jan 2012 almost everyday for refund, but they are saying that it will take 7 days, then after 7 DAYS they told 14 days, till now no refund is being done. HDFC bank gave me detail regarding the transaction which has a authorization code 081701 and transaction code[protected]. BUT TILL NOW KINGFISHER AIRLINE ARE NOT REFUNDING BACK THE AMOUNT. OMG, when i read peoples complaint here, it seems that kingfisher never refunds money to customer, i think i have lost my money Rs.12668/- for the failed transaction. Atleast i wont call kingfisher customer call center, else i would end up paying another Rs. 13000/- on phone bills.
