[Resolved]  Kingfisher Airlines — Refund against flight cancellation not received

Respected sir,

Herewith I would like to explain about the complaint against Kingfisher airelines.

i.e. On 30th Sept'12, i was booked my flight Pune to Delhi for 25th Oct'12 by Kinfisher airlines.

Flight Details :
IT 153 against booking reference(PNR) : MICFNH.
Due to licence cancellation of Kingfisher airlines, their all flights got cancelled, accordingly i suppose to get my 100% refund against payment made by HDFC Banking.
But even after number of follow-ups with their customer help line number[protected], which is now not reachable after licence cancellation of Kingfisher air lines. Herewith i have attached my supportive documents of flight booking & money transaction towards kingfisher airlines.

Requesting for your support to get my money back from Kingfisher airlines.

Kingfisher Airliance — Non Received of Payment

Dear Sir,

After my numerous reminder, phone calls & personal meeting those people are not issuing my payment which has been due since[protected]. We had already meet couple of account department head in Delhi IGI airport. Every time they are committed for the next week your payment will be done.

Kingfisher Airlines — Ticket Cancellation Refund Not received

I cancelled two tickets with the PNR Numbers: 8473077 & 8444388 in the moth of October but till now I have not received the refund.

The Refund reference Numbers are[protected] &[protected].

Kingfisher — REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS FOR REIMBURSEMENT

Please send relevant documents for reimbursement of journey fares in respect of Mr Amrik Singh travelled on 18 Jan 2009 in flight IT-652 with PNR - DCIT*JYBAZE and return journey on 25 Jan 2009 in IT-653 with PNR- DCIT*IZHYEP.

I, cancelled a Kingfisher ticket from Thiruvanthapuram to mumbai, on 16th of Sept' 09, The agent through whom cancellation was done, has neither received refund or any communication, form the BSP, the airline's customer care exec. reports their system is showing the amt. refunded but no reference no.

Dear Forum,

As I have booked the Kingfisher air ticket from Bangalore to nagpur on 17th may for the journey date 15th October. but on 14th October i got the call from kingfisher officers telling the flight has been cancelled. this sudden changes has seriously effected my journey plan, as i have already booked one more connecting flight from nagpur. And even they dint arrange me any alternate flight for the cancelled flight.

For the cancelled ticket, while refunding the amount they have deducted some insurance amount also. So really it is not at all acceptable. So I need the money back with 5month interest rather than deducting amount.
Please give the priority and do the needful at the earliest.

kingfisher airline — Flight cancellation

Dear Sir,

It has been seen so many time kingfisher offering the flight for Bangalore to Nagpur and canceling the flight so frequently.
After booking the ticket only one day before the informing us to cancellation of flight and not providing any alternative for the particular date which is resulting as personal loss in terms of money and family function.
I have booked the ticket 5 month before for 7 people in 16000 bucks. The have to refund the amount with interest rate for the 5 month.
And please ask to such airlines for cancellation they have to share the reason with the fact, mostly because of the less passenger they are keep on canceling the flight.
They are not thinking how much it will effect to a normal human being they are just playing with there profit.


Request you please ask airlines to pay penalty for cancellation in terms of money.
This will provide better services and care to a normal human being.

Kingfisher Airlines — refund of air ticket

I HAD ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT THREE DAYS BACK. HOWEVER, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SO FAR.

THIS IS REGARDING REFUND OF MY AIR TICKET 090 [protected] DT.25.10.2009 FROM NEW DELHI TO PATNA AND CANCELLED ON 25.10.2009.

AS THE TIME OF FLIGHT WAS RESHEDULED AND NO INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED TO ME, I REQUEST YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT FAILING WHICH I SHALL LODGE A COMPLAINT INCONSUMER COURT.

kingfisher airline — why you provide forks on borad whn it is weapon

This is not a complaint..you can say niglegence.
To carry forks and knifes r not allowed ,while you r travelling by plane.b'cause it can be use as a weapon.then I don't understand,Why you people serve knife and fork...while having meals on plane.that can also be used as a weapon.

Kingfisher Airlines — cancellation

I booked a flight 8th February from Dharamsala (Kangra/Gaggle) to Delhi. The flight was scheduled to leave at 16.30. despite calling the airline first at 2pm I was told the flight was on time. Once arrived at the airport I was again told the aircraft was scheduled to be on time. It was then delayed for 1 hour. then a further 30 minutes. Finally with no explanation the flight was cancelled. I had to get a connecting flight to the UK and so had to take a 12 hour taxi from Dharamsala to Delhi. Furthermore the ticket took 3 weeks and two reminders to be refunded. I am amazed that the airline can operate in this way. I am also told that Kingfisher frequently cancel flights where there are insufficient passengers although this can not be substantiated, however on this particular day the weather was clear so I would be surprised if weather was a factor. I hope someone can take issue with Kingfisher about this appalling practice.
I have also bad experience with Kindfisher Airlines in getting back the amount for which I have made booking through the credit card. As I have not paid back the amount to the Credit Card Company every month I am suffering huge loss on account of interest. kindly tell me where I can give the complaint.

kingfisher airline — Not allowed to board a flight was full

Dear Sir,
Enclosed herewith is my complaint pertaining to my experience with Kingfisher Airlines.
I had booked my ticket with Kingfisher Airlines - Details enclosed
1) Date of Booking[protected]
2) Date of Travel – 30th April 11
3) MakeMyTrip Booking ID - NF[protected]
4) Airline PNR Number – IJEXRQ
5) Flight Details - Kingfisher Red IT3185
6) From Mumbai to Delhi
7) Passenger Name – Perminder Singh
I reported at the check in counter 1 hour before the scheduled departure of the flight. Yet I was refused by the Kingfisher official citing the reason that the flight check in has been closed and the flight is full. The official suggested that I should get my ticket reimbursed immediately. They handed over a slip which mentioned that i should get the refund from Make My Trip.
My key submission here is that
1. Despite following all the rules of travel, I was not allowed to board the flight and my ticket cancelled
2. I have not been given any reason whatsoever for not lettine me board the flight.How can the airline not let me board the flight when I have the ticket, report as per the scheduled time and follow all other rules prescribed.
3. I am bearing immense cost for buying another air ticket during the peak season, at a much higher cost, in addition to a major delay in personal agenda as I was to join an organization as an intern on 2nd June.
In this situation the best possible thing that I can do is to seek your intervention to get this issue resolved in the best possible way.
I look forward to a solution oriented response to my Complaint

Kingfisher Airlines — Refund not received

I have not received the Full Refund entitled to me against my Ticket no. [protected] as the Kingfisher Flight had been cancelled by the airline.
I had booked the Ticket through Akbar Travels (Trip ID No. AT31047)
