I have purchased a kingston (data traveller) 4gb pen drive 6 months ago. At first it was working properly but all of a sudden it has created a problem, i.e. when I insert my pen drive, the computer shuts down and tries to reboot but it becomes impossible to reboot it, as soon as i take out the pen drive, the computer starts working properly.So it becomes impossible to format it and so of no use.
plz suggest me what to do. the product has a 5 years warranty.

i have purchased the kingston 4 gb pendrive just a week ago and when i have used it first time it is not working even the pc is not detecting it.

my 4gb pendrive is not working .i changes the data formats into some unknown symbols which don't run ...

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is for your kind attention that I have purchased a brand new Pen Drive (Kingston 4 GB) from Nehru Place (New Delhi, India), in the the month of October. It work well for one week but after that it become faulty and so USB is not recognized in any PC. I had consult with the service center at Nehru Place but he says that you Pen Drive is bonded by some adhesive in the market itself and refuse to do the repair job. I commence him that I purchased the new brand of Pen Drive from the market but still he is not able to listen me.
In the whole Process I am suffering the Problem and nobody listen to me, if there is any kind of bound in my pen drive then it means that some ill legal person were doing this kind of job in the market and people were suffering. If this kind of product is selling in the market then nobody purchase your product and your market will go down.

Please take necessary action for the repair of my pen drive.
